RolePilot

Your job hunt, run for you.

RolePilot finds roles that match criteria you set, screens each one, writes a CV and cover letter for that specific role, applies on the employer's own site, reads your inbox for replies, and tells you when an interview or offer arrives. Your tracker is a Google Sheet in your own Drive.

How it works

  1. DiscoverIt looks for postings inside the countries, roles and salary floor you choose, and skips the employers and keywords you exclude.
  2. ScreenEvery posting runs through your own hard rules (location, language, work authorisation, salary) before anything is written.
  3. TailorFor each role that passes, it writes a CV and cover letter aimed at that posting, using your real experience only.
  4. ApplyIt submits on the employer's own application page, one attempt per posting, and records the row in your tracker.
  5. WatchIt reads your mailbox for replies, recognises interview invitations and offers, and alerts you.

What it asks Google for, and why

Sign-in asks for three read-only scopes. Nothing is written to your Google account except your tracker and any interview you confirm.

Gmail (read-only)

To read your own mailbox for employer replies, interview invitations, and verification codes for applications you started.

Google Calendar

To place an interview you have confirmed onto your own calendar.

Google Sheets

To write your application tracker into a Google Sheet in your own Drive.

Sending mail (optional, off by default)

Only if you switch it on: the service emails an application from your own mailbox. It is requested separately from sign-in and never by default.

How the data is handled, which processor receives what, and how to revoke or delete it: privacy page.

What it will not do
